Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze quality data and identify root causes of issues.
• Participate in corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze customer complaints and support the resolution of quality-related issues.
• Create and maintain quality documentation.
• Cooperate with Production, Engineering, and Logistics teams.
• Monitor quality metrics and preparing reports.

Requirements:

• Technical education or currently pursuing a degree in an engineering or other technical field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• English proficiency at a minimum B1 level.
• Previous experience in complaints management, customer service, technical support, manufacturing, or quality control will be an advantage.
